A conferencia ser\u00e1 na sala 2007, na ter\u00e7a feira dia 18 de novembro, das 9 \u00e0s 11 horas e ser\u00e1 em ingl\u00eas. A sala possui 23 lugares e ser\u00e3o priorizados os alunos da disciplina Pedagogia da Mem\u00f3ria.<br \/>\nSegue o tema da confer\u00eancia:<br \/>\nPictures and the concept of time<br \/>\nSince the invention of photography the Phenomenon of Time gradually was introduced into\u00a0different philosophical considerations.\u00a0Although time dominates our everyday life and experience it usually is regarded as\u00a0something abstract. The lecture will introduce the different\u00a0forms of the appearance of time in philosophy and in the arts and will\u00a0concentrate on the discussion of selected works of art (photographs, movies, paintings) that\u00a0show the different appearances of time: the Moment, the Linear Time, the Circular Time,\u00a0the \u201cDur\u00e9e\u201d.
